Data Processing Agreement

This document is a skeleton — the final DPA text is reviewed by legal counsel before the first user, and is available for signature from the Agency tier onwards.

Scope

This DPA applies when you use Postento to process personal data that you control (for example data about your audience or your clients) and applicable data protection law requires a processing agreement.

Commitments already fixed

• We process data only on your instructions, to provide the service.
• Platform connection tokens are stored encrypted.
• Sub-processors are announced before they are used, with a right to object.
• Relevant data breaches are notified without undue delay.
• Security review is available on the Agency and Enterprise tiers.
