Privacy Policy

This document is a skeleton — the final text is reviewed before the first user. The principles below already constrain how the product is being built.

Principles

• No third-party tracking cookies, on this site or in the application. Our analytics are first-party and cookie-free.
• Your content is yours. We do not sell data, and we do not use your content to train third-party models beyond the processing you explicitly ask for.
• AI content is labelled. Every AI-generated asset carries a visual marker and metadata, as transparency rules require.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email, login credentials.
• Brand data: your brand kit, the published posts you connect, the content you create.
• Minimal technical data needed to run the service (security logs, performance metrics).

Sub-processors

The full list of sub-processors (hosting, AI providers, payments) and where they process data will be published here and in the Data Processing Agreement before the first user.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us. Self-serve export and account deletion will be available in the dashboard.
