Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This document is a skeleton — the final text is reviewed before the first user. The three clauses below are written now on purpose, because each one is far easier to have on day one than to add once you have paying customers.

1. Credit consumption can change

Credit consumption per action (for example, the cost of a high-quality image or a second of video) can change with 30 days written notice. Your subscription price does not change with it, and subscription price increases do not apply to active customers for at least 6 months after they are announced.

2. Dependence on third-party platforms

Publishing quotas and reliability depend on third-party APIs (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) that are outside our control. Platform policy changes can affect publishing features — including periods where a platform runs in a limited mode such as draft mode — and we announce those openly in the public changelog.

3. Aggregated signal for improving templates

Aggregated, anonymous signal from published content may be used to improve the global templates, with an explicit limit: what we use is structural patterns, not content, and it can never be identified back to any brand. Content generated for your brand remains entirely yours.

4. Billing

  • Upgrades take effect immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
  • The monthly credit allowance expires each cycle; credits you buy never expire.
  • There is no automatic charge when credits run out; auto top-up is opt-in and capped.
  • Your first purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no reason required.

The remaining sections — account definitions, prohibited use, termination, limitation of liability, and governing law — will be published before the first user and recorded in the changelog.
